Kucinich Nails Healthcare Reform

Dennis "did I stutter" Kucinich.

And they call Obama an extreme super leftist. This ObamaCare is a hand out to private insurance, hospitals, pharma, and unions. And the special interest corpocracy keeps on fucking the rest of us.

I do believe that in the end he will cave though. There is a drive to primary Kucinich if he is a no vote.

I fuckin' love that guy. He couldn't be more correct. It's an all-or-nothing issue. We can't hand over our lives to the very people who benefit from our dying young.

i mean sometimes kucinich gets to be caught up in idealism made possible because of his irrelevancy....not unlike nader. But he has nailed this one.

Paul vs. Kucinich

These would be the two men competing for the presidency if the two parties elected based on the platforms they expouse!

Kucinich is pretty awesome, he's like the Democratic version of Paul.

Love his 1/8 talking point. In two more years, that will grow to nearly a quarter without his bill. You are REQUIRED to join the medicare program when you turn 65, or pay large fines until you do. Well, guess what? The after war boomers are gonna be 65 in a year or two. What will the medicare rolls look like then? Secondly of course, how is the government (we) going to pay for it?

I'm there, have to enroll by December this year.

How indeed, the problem of an ever increasing aging population with monsterous medical expenses is a reality that has to be dealt with and can't just be blamed on big government having over ambitious programs

We're all gonna get old, so might as well pay towards the program. It's no different than paying to an insurance company.

"The insurance companies are the problem"

Wrong, senator. They may be one of the problems, but they're certainly not THE problem.

The root of the problem is how weak and imperfect human bodies are. Bring on the mind uploading and mobile machine platforms imo.

Such ignorance...your body doesn't transcend the normal limitations of the human form. I'd like to see you operate heavy machinery in an ocean trench, or strip mine an asteroid in space. That's what I was talking about, not your mundane understanding of strength vs. weakness.

With that sort of activity in mind, all humans are weak and imperfect.
